Mediation & Conflict Solutions (MCS) is a certified Community Dispute Resolution Program under Minnesota law, as implemented by the State Court Administrator. We operate as a nonprofit program under the umbrella of Olmsted Outreach, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Residents of Rochester and southeast Minnesota are welcome to contact the office for mediation and other dispute-resolution issues.

Our mission is to provide affordable and accessible alternative dispute resolution services.

Our office has regular business hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., weekdays. However, mediations may be scheduled any time of day, early evenings, and sometimes weekends. You may leave a brief message any time, day or night.
