- Childcare Resource and Referral http://www.c2r2.org/ : This agency works to ensure positive beginnings for all young children and their families. CCR&R helps parents, providers and other organizations find answers to their questions about early childhood issues. Programs are designed to serve young children and their families from all income levels and backgrounds.
