Our trained mediators don't take sides and don't judge you; and they won't defend anyone's opinions or actions. They simply and effectively help you solve your own problem! Mediation works because... It's fast. Mediations usually can be scheduled shortly after your first contact with MCS. And many disagreements are settled during a two-hour mediation session. It's affordable. Our fees are based on a sliding scale. So you pay what you can afford to pay. And because there are no court or legal fees, you could save hundreds or thousands of dollars. It's convenient. Meetings are held when it works for everyone's schedules. It's confidential. Only the people directly involved know what is said during mediation.
